ARE YOU PROVIDING SERVICES VIRTUALLY?

Yes! All of our clinicians are provid their service virtually via Doxy.me, a HIPAA compliant telemedicine platform. We also provide in-person sessions.

WHAT IS YOUR INSURANCE POLICY?

We will be collecting payment at the time of your session and supplying you with a Superbill/Payment Receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please forward your Superbill/Payment Receipt to your insurance provider as soon as possible to ensure a quicker reimbursement to you. Your credit/debit/FSA/HSA information will be kept on file and charged within 24 business hours of your visit.

HOW LONG DOES EACH SESSION TAKE AND HOW OFTEN CAN I EXPECT TO BE SEEN?

As each patient is unique in their needs, we will work with you to find the best approach for the duration and frequency of your treatment. Our initial evaluations are 60 minutes for adults and 120 minutes for children with guardian participation.
