ARE YOU PROVIDING SERVICES VIRTUALLY DUE TO COVID-19?
Yes! All of our clinicians are providing their services virtually via Doxy.me, a HIPAA compliant telemedicine platform. We plan to return to our offices for in-person sessions once we feel it is safe to do so.
WHAT IS YOUR INSURANCE POLICY?
We are an out-of-network provider, but if you have out-of-network benefits, we will submit the claim to your insurance carrier and bill you accordingly, for your convenience. We will be happy to go over your insurance coverage with you and answer any of your billing questions regarding your deductible/out-of-network benefits.
HOW LONG DOES EACH SESSION TAKE AND HOW OFTEN CAN I EXPECT TO BE SEEN?
As each patient is unique in their needs, we will work with you to find the best approach for the duration and frequency of your treatment. Our initial evaluations are 60 minutes for adults and 120 minutes for children with guardian participation.
